The life-saving (time-saving) tools I use to automate my business
This is a neat lil’ list of the tools I use automate the automatable bits of my To Do List so I have more time to spend on the real heart & soul of my biz.
Some of these are affiliate links. I’ve partnered with brands I use and trust. Use these links at no additional cost to you & help keep Persuasion Maven’s team happy and our free resources flowing. Also save more time and be happier. :)
I appreciate you!
Lead Generation
There's no business where there's no traffic. I use interlocking lead generation tools to drive and convert traffic to sales. Once you set up your powerful lead gen ecosystem Here are my top picks for automating traffic flow for my biz!
Pinterest drives 70%-80% of my web traffic. I've helped clients grow page views by 4x using organic growth, and up to 20x using paid advertising. (Even when we stop pinning regularly.)
Register for a Business account (it's free) and use my promo code to get $100 of ad spend for only $30.
You'll see a massive spike in your web traffic and get fresh leads in your quiz funnel!
Interact Quiz Builder
Interact Quizzes. Instead of sending ad clicks directly to a checkout page, I sent them through a high-converting quiz funnel. That way, I'm not paying for a lot of "bounces," I'm using conversion tools to put leads on my email list - and those I can keep forever.
Interact allows you to build simple, beautiful quizzes that engage traffic and build anticipation and excitement around your offer.
You can expect to generate leads at 30% on average using an Interact quiz in conjunction with a stand-out landing page.
Unbounce
Unbounce. I point my ads to a landing page made with Unbounce so I earn a higher return on my ad spend. They make it super simple for non-tech savvy business owners and DIY entrepreneurs to build a landing page and let it run on like a lean, mean conversion-machine. This way you get more leads, sign ups, and sales without increasing your ad spend. ← smart.
Active Campaign
To finish off my automation ecosystem I funnel all my leads to ActiveCampaign where I can create automated email chains and make sales to my list.

Easy Workflow
Work is best when it doesn't feel like work. I use just a few systems to help streamline my process. Having too many programs to learn and login to just didn't work for my "simple is best" rule. So I found the slimmest systems to help me work faster and with more ease.
Streak for GMail
If you're anything like me you love simplicity in how you do business. And if you're also like me, you basically live inside your Gmail inbox. Streak turns your inbox into a lead/sales tracker and task management system. No need to login to yet another program, just do it all from your inbox!
PandaDoc
Nothin' like closing sales on autopilot when you have a brilliant drag-and-drop document builder backing you. PandaDoc makes it so easy to create collateral like proposals, quotes, and contracts - basically everything you need for a sale - and they hook you up with payment processing within their system. Is it incredible? Yes. Will it take hours of daily tasks off your table? Heck yes!
Content Creation
Most online businesses require a certain amount of content. I use one tool to help me generate content for clients (Verblio) and one tool to help me create beautiful graphics (Canva).
Verblio
A basic tenet of traffic generation is that you need good content that's keyword-rich. To outsource that, try Verblio. They have an incredible cohort of writers who can develop top-level content quickly, so you don't have to write a blog post a week (do I hear time savings clinking into that piggy bank? Cha-ching!)
